We are looking for a Operations Associate to join our team at Defa Lighting Solutions. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing & Quote Preparation for Clients.
Evaluating Profit margins of each project.
Managing Vendors and Purchase Order preparation.
Managing communication and relation with vendors and maintaining regular RFI & RFQ flow.
Managing Supply of materials.
Maintaining communication with multiple departments in the office.
Creating client account statement summaries and regular reports of orders & supplies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
