Job Overview:

Operations Associate will take care city-level logistics operations, manage real-time delivery SLAs, and ensure efficient sourcing of delivery partners. This role includes managing third-party supply partners to maintain a steady pipeline of riders for Q-commerce delivery requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize last-mile operations for Q-commerce clients, ensuring timely deliveries and SLA adherence.

2. Build, onboard, and manage supply partners (3PLs / rider aggregators/freelancers) to source delivery partners based on forecasted volumes.

3. Monitor supply partner performance, resolve issues, and ensure SLA alignment for manpower sourcing.

4. Coordinate daily load-outs with client-side hubs and ensure fleet availability as per demand spikes.

5. Monitor operational KPIs – OTD (On-Time Delivery), fill rate, cancellations, delivery TAT, and rider productivity.

6. Track rider attendance, performance, and payout accuracy in collaboration with supply vendors.

7. Maintain hub-level manpower forecasting plans and drive quick ramp-ups for promotions or peak days.

8. Resolve rider grievances or client-side escalations by working with supply partners and internal ops.

9. Share MIS reports, vendor dashboards, and business insights with leadership regularly

Preference:

1) 2 years of experience. Graduate. Should have own Laptop and Bike. Should have prior experience in managing Last mile Logistics experience and can manage Rider sourcing Vendors. Should also have prior knowledge of Rider sourcing and possess self pool of rider fleet.

2)Experience with contract/vendor negotiations and manpower planning.

3) Strong knowledge of Tier 2/Tier 3 city logistics operations (especially East & Northeast India).
