Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support and streamline our day-to-day operational activities. This role involves coordination across departments, ensuring accurate and timely execution of business processes, managing contracts, and supporting billing and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in operations, ERP tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure accuracy in racker verification and address any discrepancies or issues on time.
● Liaise with the central Project Management Team to support reconciliation processes and assist in the rollout of new initiatives.
● Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including creation, renewal, tracking, and archival in alignment with company standards.
● Initiate billing processes post milestone execution, ensuring timely billing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
● Assist stakeholders in creating MIS reports for performance tracking.
● Identify and escalate operational issues to the support team, ensuring swift resolution and minimal business disruption.
● Tracking and updating ERP system data monthly to ensure information accuracy and compliance w.r.t timesheet and project lifecycle management.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities to support and coordinate operational requirements during business events.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
● MBA or similar qualification with proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a project-driven or client-servicing environment.
● Experience with ERP systems and MIS tools.
● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
