R Shantilal & Company is looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to support the Senior Marketing Executive in daily marketing coordination, data handling, follow-ups, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start a career in marketing operations with hands-on training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior in day-to-day marketing operations

• Collect & update market data, daily rates and competitor information

• Coordinate with customers, vendors & internal teams

• Maintain marketing databases, records & files

• Prepare basic presentations, reports & Excel sheets

• Support planning of promotions, awareness activities & product outreach

• Follow up on leads, inquiries & marketing tasks

• Handle basic documentation and communication duties

Skills Needed

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic knowledge of Excel, email & documentation

• Eager to learn, proactive & organised

• Comfortable with coordination and follow-up work

Qualification

• SSC / HSC / Graduate (any stream)

• Freshers encouraged to apply

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills)
