We are looking for a smart, proactive and tech-savvy professional to join our OOH (Out-of-Home) Advertising Agency.

💼 Position: Operations & AI Executive

We’re looking for someone who understands Advertising Operations and also has a strong interest/knowledge in AI tools, automation and data-driven workflows.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day OOH campaign operations from planning to execution

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, media owners and internal teams

• Manage campaign schedules, sites, artwork, installation & execution reports

• Track campaign performance, MIS and operational data

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other automation tools to improve productivity

• Identify repetitive processes and implement AI/automation-based solutions

• Support media planning, reporting, presentations and data analysis using AI

• Maintain accuracy, timelines and smooth coordination across projects
  

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience/understanding of OOH Advertising / Media Operations

• Good knowledge of AI tools and their practical business applications

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets & reporting skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Someone who is curious about AI, automation and new technology
  

📍 Location: Vasant Vihar Colony
💼 Experience: 2-4 years
💰 Salary: 18000-25000
