Position: Operations ExecutiveLocation: Parsik Hill, CBD BELAPUR, Navi Mumbai https://maps.app.goo.gl/iRsBeDwwXr9x5par8 location 🪧Key Responsibilities:Assist and learn the following - • Oversee day-to-day operational processes for both in-house and third-party delivery across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution channels.• Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring products reach customers on time and in optimal condition, whether using internal fleet or third-party providers.• Coordinate logistics, optimize delivery routes and schedules, and manage relationships with third-party delivery partners to maintain service quality.• Monitor order fulfillment, inventory movement, and ensure rigorous compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.• Track and analyze operational performance (delivery times, order accuracy, customer feedback). Use this to reduce cost of delivery and damages.• Coordinare with suppliers, production, sales, and customer service teams for smooth operations from manufacturing to last-mile delivery.• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, incidents, and identify and fix operational issues.• Manage, train, and support logistics/packing staff; coordinate with delivery personnel.• Resolve delivery and operations issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Stay updated with industry trends, compliance requirements, and innovations in delivery technology and logistics.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree and some knowledge of Tally would be handy.• Experience managing both direct drivers and third-party logistics.• Proficient with logistics/ERP software, delivery tracking tools. • Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Benefits:• Competitive salary (based on experience) plus incentive opportunities.• Flexible work arrangements where applicable.• Career advancement and professional development opportunities.• Employee discounts on company products.• Medical insurance Salary Reference • Freshers - •Without internship experience - 10k per month 6 month probation • Experience• •With min 1 year internship or 6 month experience working exp - 12k-15k per month 6 month probation • 1 year job experience and Good tally knowledge - salary to be discussed.
