1. Handling all kit stock reports (including new kits and old kit replacements)
Maintain a detailed inventory of all STEM lab kits, ensuring accurate records of received, dispatched, and replaced kits (both new and old). Regularly update stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team for smooth tracking and reporting.
2. Ordering and managing kits
Forecast kit requirements based on project schedules and school demands. Place timely orders, manage suppliers or vendors, and ensure that the correct kits are delivered to the right location without delays.
3. Maintaining records and kit inventories
Maintain up-to-date and organized data in physical and digital formats. This includes tracking kit usage, stock count, damaged or replaced items, dispatch dates, and school-specific allocations.
4. Testing the kits
Before dispatch, perform quality checks and functional testing of kits to ensure all components are working and complete. Identify faulty or missing items and replace them if necessary.
5. Managing exhibitions
Plan, organize, and coordinate STEM exhibitions in schools or external venues. Responsibilities include stall setup, kit display, presentation material preparation, managing visitor queries, and ensuring a professional representation of the organization.
6. Installing software
Install and configure required educational or STEM-related software in school systems or kits. Ensure proper functionality and provide troubleshooting support when needed.
7.Creating curriculum sessions/Books/PR material /Agreements /Proposals/

Develop and design academic session plans aligned with STEM topics. Also assist in drafting professional documents like curriculum books, promotional material, agreements with schools, proposals for clients, and other official communication material.
8. Graphic designing and video editing (posters/banners/standees/invitation cards/ID cards/curriculum books)
Design and create high-quality visual content for both digital and print use. This includes promotional posters, event banners, ID cards for students or staff, invitation cards, and visually enriched curriculum content. Also, edit videos for training, documentation, or promotional use.
9. Visiting schools (for installations, queries, exhibitions, PTA meetings, etc.)
Travel to schools for kit installations, handling technical or operational queries, participating in exhibitions, attending parent-teacher meetings, and offering on-ground support and training as needed.
10. Preparing demo kits
Assemble and organize special kits for demonstration purposes, ensuring all components are included and functioning. These are used for training, exhibitions, and trial sessions with teachers or school management.
11. Attending daily calls from schools regarding their queries
Respond to daily queries from schools regarding kit usage, technical issues, session plans, delivery status, or any other support they may require. Provide prompt solutions and maintain a record of the communication for reference.
