Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the company's HVAC projects, service operations, manpower and daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HVAC project and service operations.

- Coordinate technicians, supervisors, engineers and site teams.

- Plan manpower, materials, tools and resources for projects and services.

- Monitor project progress, service calls and AMC activities.

- Coordinate with Procurement, SCM, Warehouse and HR/Admin teams.

- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor operational costs, productivity and work quality.

- Ensure work is completed safely and within agreed timelines.

- Prepare basic operational reports for management.

- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Good HVAC/technical operations knowledge.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple sites and urgent requirements.

Preferred Experience

Experience in HVAC, MEP, facility management, construction or technical services will be preferred.
