We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily transport operations. This role requires effective management of drivers, trip settlements, and accurate data entry to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Management:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drivers.
Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Address and resolve driver issues and grievances.
Trip Settlement:
Review and verify trip logs, fuel usage, toll receipts, and delivery documents.
Settle daily, weekly, or trip-wise accounts with drivers.
Maintain accurate records of all trip-related transactions.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Enter and maintain up-to-date transport data in internal systems (e.g., trip records, fuel logs, expenses).
Generate reports related to trips, costs, and operational efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries.
General Operations Support:
Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Ensure vehicle documentation and maintenance schedules are up to date.
