Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple locations in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the service industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to streamline processes to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet service quality standards.
• Lead and monitor field staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Plan, implement, and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost control.
• Handle client escalations, operational challenges, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower utilization.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Generate operational reports and present performance metrics to management.
• Travel across NCR locations as required for site supervision and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations management within the service industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software/tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently across NCR locations.
