Key Responsibilities:
· Manage inbound and outbound calls: Answer and make calls to assist patients, respond to queries, or follow up on appointments.
· Counsel patients over the phone and guide them to appropriate in-person services.
· Schedule and confirm appointments: Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with the appropriate doctor or service.
· Provide information: Offer details about services, and general procedures.
· Handle inquiries: Address patient questions or concerns promptly and resolve issues or escalate them to the right person.
· Maintain patient records: Accurately update customer information and record details of all phone interactions in the database.
· Negotiate and close sales: Present pricing, payment plans, and package deals, and handle negotiations to finalize the sale and book the appointment or procedure.
· Manage customer relationships: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with patients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
· Follow up: Contact potential patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked to follow up on their consultation and close the sale.
· Meet sales targets: Strive to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management.
· Collaborate with other staff: Work closely with doctors, Technicians, to ensure a seamless patient experience from consultation to treatment.
· Encourage referrals and repeat visits through trust-based relationships.
· Handle client feedback with empathy and professionalism.
