Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to monitor daily operations, coordinate with various departments, track task completion, and ensure smooth functioning of the corporate office and project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring Daily Activity Reports (DAR), resolving operational issues, following up on pending tasks, tracking targets and deadlines, and ensuring effective coordination between departments to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review Daily Activity Reports (DAR) from all departments and project sites.

• Identify, track, and resolve DAR-related issues across departments.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Follow up on pending activities, overdue tasks, and target delays.

• Monitor weekly Head Office meetings and departmental progress.

• Coordinate with all departments to avoid delays in daily operational activities.

• Monitor tasks assigned through Kendech and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Organize and conduct corporate office meetings.

• Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate meeting schedules.

• Present overdue tasks, pending issues, and target delays during meetings.

• Track departmental performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure accountability and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
