Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Manage the company's overall operations, administration, and day-to-day business activities across group companies.

1. Oversee IT infrastructure, websites, domains, hosting, business emails, payment gateways, AWS services, WhatsApp API, and other digital assets.

3. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth IT, technical, and operational support.

4. Manage website updates, domain and hosting renewals, and ensure uninterrupted business operations.

5. Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various positions across the group companies, as and when required.

6. Coordinate and follow up with embassies, educational institutions, universities, colleges, government bodies, and strategic partners for collaborations, tie-ups, and business opportunities.

7. Schedule and coordinate meetings between management and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

8. Maintain operational documentation, reports, and MIS while ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.

9. To oversee the digital marketing and its progress of the group companies and ventures.

10. Must have reasonable knowledge of AI based design and development tools like Canva, Claude etc
