> Job Summary:
The Travel Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, vendor relations, and customer service. This role ensures an excellent travel experience for clients while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.
> Key Responsibilities:
>Forecast operational needs and plan accordingly
>Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth functioning (domestic and international)
>Manage daily operations related to transport arragement for clients
>Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance
>Handle customer requirements, escalations, and operational efficiency
>Maintain accurate records of booking and transactions
>Handle incoming calls, emails and inquiries anf follow-up skills.
>Maintain driver attandance, vehicle 's services
> Required Skills:
>Maintain strong relationship with vendor, suppliers and service providers.
>Resolver customer and vendor issue related to operations
>Vendor management and negotiation skills
>Good knowledge of MS Excel & Computer
>Ability to multitask and work under pressure
>1-2 years of relevant operations experience
