Key responsibilities
Service management: Oversee daily operations for cleaning, catering, mailroom, and reception services.
Team leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the soft services team, providing direction and support to ensure high performance.
Budget and contract management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, and negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors for services like deep cleaning and landscaping.
Performance and compliance: Monitor service delivery, conduct quality audits, and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations and legislation.
Client and stakeholder relations: Act as a liaison between the service team, management, and clients to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and client needs are addressed.
Reporting: Create and submit reports on service performance, maintenance, and safety to senior management.
