Compile Statistical and Patients Satisfaction Reports, analyze and summarize these reports and statepossible corrective action wherever indicated in endeavors to improve and customize hospital services.

To co-ordinate with the management in organizing and conducting patient welfare program - Women.IVF/EYE etc...

To ensure and Manage all departments are well managed with suffiecent staff and adhering to the protocols & SOP - Staff management at all Departments

Implement and maintain NABH quality standards and SoP s and ensure departmental indicatorsare are updated at regular intervals

Ensuring all Hospital Licences are in place and ensured all the renewed before expiry

Empannelement ownershiop of - CGHS/ESI /EHS etc…...

Co ordination for Corporate Empanelment - Govt/Prvt Sectors/PSU/ETC…

Co ordination on TPA Tie up & Isuues / - Payments Collections

Reporting & handling incidents & complaints regularly

Grievance handling, documenting complaints, action taken and follow up

Quality and Safety consciousness.

To send details of concession and financial assistance given to patients at regular intervals.

Responsible for IP Final Billings before Discharge & collections etc…

To inspect wards, ensuring hygiene and patient comfort. - Internal Deparments Audit to avoid error in complaince

Oversee day to day operation OPD & IP and ward and ensuring quality care is provided.

Monitor patient flow and streamlining the processflow of various units.

Ensure facility upkeep, department functioning to meet the service standards.

Planning efficient utilization of resources-based costing.

Ensuring a high-quality customer experience, elevating customersatisfaction, while adhering to the organizational goal and work processes and manage effective operations.

Handling VIP patinets and relationship building with beruocrats .

Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems

Automation - Updation ate regular intervals

Task management of self and team.

Finally repsosibile for the Hospitals Business targets - NEW FF / REVIEW FF

Resposible for additional tasks assigned by the reporting HOD & Directors.
