About MyTron Labs

MyTron Labs is building the data backbone for Physical AI. We work on large-scale data collection projects that require strong field operations, contributor networks, and efficient execution.

We are looking for an Operations Manager – Surat who can take complete ownership of operations in the region and build the local ecosystem required to execute large-scale data collection projects.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations in Surat, including building and managing the field operations team, identifying suitable commercial and residential locations, developing local connections, coordinating contributors and vendors, and ensuring project targets are achieved.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership beyond a fixed job description, and solving problems independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of Surat field operations.

- Build, manage, and coordinate the complete local operations team.

- Identify and onboard suitable commercial and residential locations for data collection.

- Develop and maintain strong local contacts with businesses, residential communities, property managers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Plan and execute daily and weekly operational activities.

- Allocate work and monitor team productivity and performance.

- Manage contributors, POCs, vendors, and field teams.

- Track daily targets, approved hours, attendance, productivity, and operational performance.

- Resolve field-level operational issues quickly.

- Ensure data collection activities are conducted according to project requirements and guidelines.

- Maintain operational reports and provide regular updates to the central team.

- Scale the local team and operations based on project requirements.

- Coordinate closely with the leadership and central operations team.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in operations, field operations, project operations, or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Surat and surrounding areas.

- Existing local network and connections across commercial and residential locations.

- Experience managing field teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills.

- Ability to work with targets and manage high-volume operations.

- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.

- Comfortable with field-based operations and local travel when required.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
