We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of NEETSupport.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of academic delivery, student support, content operations, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team alignment.
Coordinate with academic teams to ensure timely content delivery (videos, PDFs, tests, etc.)
Manage scheduling of live classes, test series, doubt sessions, and mentor interactions
Oversee the learning management system (LMS) and ensure content accuracy and uptime
Set up and monitor support workflows to ensure high-quality resolution of student issues
Work closely with the support team to monitor SLAs, response times, and satisfaction scores
Analyze student feedback and operational data to continuously improve processes
Liaise between product, content, tech, sales, and marketing teams for seamless execution
Track and report performance KPIs across departments to leadership
Manage relationships with third-party platforms (e.g., video hosting, LMS tools, CRM)
Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and billing cycles
Design, implement, and improve SOPs for operational workflows
Identify bottlenecks and leverage tools or automation to scale operations efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in EdTech or exam-prep sector
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and improving operational KPIs
Familiarity with LMS tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
