💰 Starting Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000/month

🚑 About the Role

Krishna Social Service is looking for a responsible, proactive and ownership-driven Fleet & Operations Manager to manage our day-to-day ambulance operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating drivers, operational staff, hospitals, ambulance deployments, fleet readiness, emergency operations and daily operational reporting.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage ambulance drivers and operational staff

• Prepare daily duty rosters and manage deployments

• Monitor attendance, discipline and staff performance

• Coordinate with hospitals, hospital administration, vendors and management

• Ensure 24/7 ambulance operational readiness

• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing and documentation

• Handle breakdowns and emergency operational situations

• Maintain fuel, inventory and fleet records

• Handle customer and hospital operational complaints

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations reports

• Take quick and independent decisions during operational situations

👤 Candidate Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transport, hospital or ambulance operations preferred

• Graduate preferred; Management background is an advantage

• Strong staff and driver management skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a 24/7 emergency-service environment

• Bengali, Hindi and English communication preferred

• Responsible, disciplined and capable of working independently

• Ability to handle pressure and multiple operational tasks
