We are looking for a operations Manager to join our team at Homesurf Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Installation Management: Overseeing the daily workflow of
field technicians, including dispatching, scheduling installations, and
ensuring timely, high-quality service to maximize customer
satisfaction.
Technical Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all HVAC installations and
repairs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, safety
guidelines (OSHA), and building codes. Maintain Risk Registers and
ensure regular, documented safety inspections.
• Inventory & Asset Control: Managing the procurement, inventory
levels, and storage of HVAC equipment, parts, and materials
(refrigerants, coils, motors) to prevent delays.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating the movement of technicians
and vehicles to service sites, reducing downtime, and optimizing routes
for efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Training: Recruiting, mentoring, and supervising
technicians, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing
regular safety training.
• Financial Performance (P&L): Monitoring budgets, controlling costs
(materials, labour, fuel), and managing invoicing to promote
profitability.
• Quality Control & Customer Service: Reviewing finished projects for
quality, handling customer complaints, and improving service
procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning: Analysing performance metrics (KPIs) such as
average service time, call-back rates, and gross margins to make data-
driven decisions on operational improvements.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee routine, preventative, and emergency
maintenance for buildings, grounds, and equipment to minimize
downtime.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is diploma,ITI, graduation and 4 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,MS Excel,Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
