Operation Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Head Operations Executive to join Hemant Wooden Packaging Pvt. Ltd. in Virar, Maharashtra. This role is vital for ensuring smooth production and operations in our wooden pallet manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict quality standards across the production floor.

• Coordinate effectively with supervisors and labor teams for seamless workflow.

• Prepare accurate quotations for clients and suppliers.

• Handle professional emailing and communication with stakeholders.

• Manage porter bookings and logistics arrangements.

• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely execution.

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

• Local candidates from Virar/Vasai area prioritized.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
