Role & Responsibilities
1. Program Management & Execution:
- Build and maintain program calendars, communication workflows, and operational processes to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Manage end-to-end execution of all program activities such as online sessions, webinars, presentations, etc.
- Track learner attendance, maintain accurate batch records, and prepare reports on session progress for internal stakeholders.
- Own escalation management by proactively addressing issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
2. Learner Success & Experience
- Lead the onboarding process for new learners, ensuring a smooth transition into the program.
- Monitor key learner success metrics such as attendance, engagement, NPS, and completion rates to identify and address gaps.
- Analyze learner feedback and performance data to implement targeted interventions for improved learner outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external faculty to ensure timely communication and resolution of student or trainer concerns.
- Diagnose and drive actions to boost learner performance, motivation, and overall experience throughout the program lifecycle.
3. Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with faculty, industry professionals, and academic partners to ensure seamless coordination for session delivery and evaluations.
• Schedule and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and program efficiency.
4. Program Planning & Process Improvement
• Support the planning and launch of new programs by contributing to process design, timelines, and execution plans.
• Identify opportunities to scale and improve existing programs based on learner feedback, data insights, and operational learnings.
