Role Overview Senior Executive – Operations will lead the end-to-end operational performance of Medora Travel Services, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fleet efficiency, chauffeur management, client satisfaction, and overall business growth. This role demands a hands-on leader who understands premium mobility services, can manage high-expectation corporate clients, and can build a reliable, scalable operational ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations of chauffeur-driven car rental services across Ahmedabad and intercity routes. • Ensure timely vehicle deployment, route planning, and service coordination. • Maintain high service standards aligned with Medora’s brand promise of reliability and comfort. • Monitor operational KPIs such as on-time performance, fleet utilization, trip accuracy, and customer feedback.
