We are looking for an Operations & Client Relationship Manager who can act as the main coordination point between our clients, development team, and management.

The candidate will be responsible for taking regular updates from the development team and communicating clear project updates to clients. They should be able to handle client calls, understand project status, and provide timely responses without depending on the management team for every small update.

The candidate will also attend meetings between clients and the development team, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), note all action points, responsibilities, and deadlines, and send proper follow-up emails to clients after meetings.

They will also be responsible for calling new leads, understanding their requirements, qualifying interested prospects, and connecting serious leads with the management team for further discussion and closing.

Internally, developers should coordinate their project-related concerns, requirements, delays, and updates with the Operations Manager first. The Operations Manager should filter and organize these matters before escalating important issues to management.

The candidate will also handle client follow-ups for pending payments, invoices, approvals, project requirements, and outstanding dues, and ensure payments are collected on time.

Key Responsibilities

The main objective of this role is to reduce the day-to-day operational burden on management and ensure smooth coordination between clients, developers, leads, and project delivery.
