Operation Manager

Job Title: Operations & Production Supervisor – 3D Printing Manufacturing

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience

We are looking for an Operations & Production Supervisor who can manage daily production, workers, 3D printer operations, quality control, and dispatch planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production work and assign tasks to labour/technicians

• Plan and monitor 3D printing jobs as per delivery timelines

• Coordinate with design, printing, finishing, assembly, and dispatch teams

• Check material availability and avoid production delays

• Ensure quality of printed parts before delivery

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of workers

• Track job status and report daily progress to management

• Handle urgent jobs and manage priorities on the shop floor

• Reduce wastage, rework, and machine idle time

• Manage Purchases, with strong negotiating skills

Required Skills:

• Experience in production, manufacturing, workshop, or factory operations

• Ability to manage labour and get work done on time

• Basic understanding of machines, tools, and production processes

• Knowledge of 3D printing will be preferred

• Good discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and job tracking

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
