About the Role

The Premium Basket is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Executive to lead and optimize day-to-day business operations. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across inventory, production, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and order fulfillment while ensuring seamless coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading teams, implementing SOPs, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end daily operations across warehouse, production, procurement, and dispatch.

• Supervise inventory planning, stock accuracy, and material movement.

• Manage order fulfillment for D2C, marketplace, quick commerce, and B2B channels.

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Accounts, Sales, and E-commerce teams.

• Ensure timely dispatches and monitor operational KPIs.

• Implement and improve operational SOPs and workflows.

• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.

• Supervise Operations Associates and daily workforce.

• Plan manpower allocation and optimize productivity.

• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate operational requirements.

• Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports, and operational dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and quality procedures.

• Handle festive, export, and bulk order operations.

• Support automation and operational system implementation.

• Work closely with founders on strategic operational initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Logistics.

• Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands.

• Experience managing operational teams and improving business processes.

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/OMS platforms is preferred.
  

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
