We are looking for a Social Media Customer Support & Sales Executive who can manage customer queries on social media and convert customer inquiries into sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2B and B2C customers, following up with leads, and supporting the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Social Media

• Manage customer comments, DMs, and inquiries across social media platforms.

• Respond to customer queries quickly and professionally.

• Handle questions related to products, orders, delivery, payments, and complaints.

• Provide customers with correct product information and suitable solutions.

• Escalate important customer issues to the concerned team when required.

• Maintain a friendly and professional tone while communicating with customers.

• Monitor social media for spam, inappropriate comments, and urgent complaints.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Social Media, Inside Sales.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer queries at the same time.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
