We are seeking a dynamic Executive – Operations to plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems. The ideal candidate should be an effective team player with a proactive approach and the ability to support tasks that require in-depth knowledge of processes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating with Marketing and Admin team for day-to-day work
• Manages the operations of Admin staff and ensure it runs smoothly
• Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment & systems are working and properly maintained in coordination with the Sr. Administration Manager
• Managing the Field staff and guiding them appropriately
• Assisting the Sr. Administration Manager in various tasks
• Team player with outstanding communication
• The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
