Key responsibilities:
1. Assist the operations manager in daily workflow, task execution, and team coordination
2. Maintain smooth communication between the manager and team members
3. Manage data, reports, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
4. Handle basic design tasks using Canva and create simple presentation/visual materials
5. Use AI tools like ChatGPT for writing, research, and productivity tasks
6. Conduct research work and present findings clearly
7. Support team productivity and ensure work is completed on time
8. Maintain records, track tasks, and ensure operational efficiency
