Quality Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and analysing mystery audit reports submitted by field auditors to ensure adherence to company standards, client requirements, and evaluation criteria.
• Conducting thorough assessments of audit data, including observations, findings, and recommendations, to identify inconsistencies, errors, or discrepancies.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation, including photos, receipts, and supporting evidence, to validate audit findings.
• Collaborating with the audit operations team to address any discrepancies or discrepancies identified during quality reviews, providing feedback and guidance to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, checklists, and guidelines to standardize the auditing process and improve overall quality control.
• Providing training and support to field auditors on quality standards, evaluation criteria, and best practices for conducting mystery audits.
• Generating regular reports and insights on audit quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
