Job Title: Operation Executive – Finance

Job Summary:
The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational activities within the finance department, ensuring smooth processing of loans (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan), handling client coordination, managing DSA relations, and supporting administrative functions. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and sales teams for document collection and verification.
Process applications for Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans, Business Loans, etc.
Handle end-to-end loan operations — data entry, KYC verification, credit assessment support, and file disbursal coordination.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Prepare MIS reports, update dashboards, and monitor loan application statuses.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, credit, accounts, legal) for timely resolution of queries.
Support administrative activities like filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist in branch-level operations and client servicing activities to ensure seamless workflow.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills (client handling & internal coordination)
Good knowledge of loan products (LAP, Home Loan, Personal Loan, DSA process)
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Basic understanding of financial documents and banking processes
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Required:
1–8 years of relevant experience in the Finance / Banking / NBFC sector in operations or loan processing.
