Role Overview
The Operations Executive will support the day-to-day operational activities of the company to ensure smooth functioning across academic, administrative, and business processes. This role involves coordination, documentation, reporting, and assisting higher management in process optimization
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
• Assist in the implementation of company policies and standard operating procedures across all departments.
• Support regional and branch-level teams in executing academic and business operations efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation of operational activities, records, and reports.
Coordination & Communication
• Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and other stakeholders for operational matters.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and training sessions for staff and partners.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Process Monitoring & Reporting
• Track operational KPIs and assist in performance monitoring.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Support in Academic & Business Activities
• Assist in managing enrollments, event coordination, and program delivery.
• Ensure smooth execution of workshops, training programs, and events.
• Help in maintaining compliance with academic standards and operational guidelines.
Stakeholder Management
• Support the management in maintaining relationships with schools, educational institutions, and vendors.
• Address operational queries and provide timely assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in any discipline; a background in Education, Business Administration, or Management is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools and office software (MS Office, Excel, Google Suite).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
