Operations Support:

• Coordinate with internal teams for order and payment processing.

• Track and update operational data in company systems.

• Respond to customer queries related to payments, accounts, and bookings.

• Maintain service quality and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For – Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.

• Good understanding of numbers and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
