Operation Executive

About The Role: The objective of the Supply Executive role is to source, onboard, and manage skilled service providers within our system to ensure smooth operational efficiency across assigned geographies. Roles and Responsibilities:  Source service providers through online research, field activities, and existing databases.  Onboard service providers onto the Mec+ application.  Train service providers on using the Mec+ application and operational processes  Assign orders to service providers within the allocated geography.  Regularly coordinate and interact with service providers to maintain smooth operations.  Monitor service quality and ensure timely support to partners. Whom do we look for?  Strong communication skills in at least two regional languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi..  Mandatory fluency in Hindi and any one South Indian language.  Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.  Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
