Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will support daily operations, ensure data accuracy, and help deliver high-quality reports to clients. The role involves working closely with senior management and handling data from field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a link between senior management and field operations

• Review and quality-check data received from field auditors (Audio, Images, Surveys)

• Listen to audio recordings and prepare verbatim transcripts

• Verify images and ensure survey data is complete and accurate

• Enter and organize data in Excel report templates

• Analyze data and assist in preparing client reports and presentations

• Monitor and support field activities and regional operations

• Help improve processes for better efficiency

Requirements

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility: Graduate Degree from a recognized university. Field of academics can vary from B. Com,

BMS, BAF, BFM, BBA, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CS with minimum 50% passing marks.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with Freshers.
