We are currently hiring for two urgent positions with our client companies.

🔹 1. Executive – Customer Service

📍 Location: Vadodara Branch
📌 Preferred Areas: Makarpura Road, Manjalpur, Tarsali, Maneja, Vadsar & nearby areas
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Company Payroll
🕒 Joining: Immediate

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Experience: Freshers can apply. Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Back Office, Administration, Coordination, Documentation or any industry are preferred.

Language Skills: Gujarati, English & Hindi (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with customers and vendors.

• Coordinate with the Mumbai office for import clearance activities.

• Follow up with shipping lines and foreign agents for shipment updates.

• Maintain customer records and reports using MS Excel and Google Drive.

• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and manage documentation.

🔹 2. Operation Executive – Loan Processing (Secured & Unsecured Loans)

📍 Location: Vadodara
🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
💼 Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process secured and unsecured loan applications.

• Handle loan login, document verification, KYC and compliance.

• Coordinate with clients, bankers, branch staff and lending officers.

• Manage loan disbursement for Business Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP).

• Coordinate with loan closers and maintain MIS reports.

• Provide system training and technical support to staff as required.

Relevant experience in loan processing, banking, NBFCs or financial services will be beneficial.
