We are looking for a Process Coordinator to join our team at Pramod Creation. The role involves getting work done by rigorous follow up with teams. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Processes & Follow Up: Drive established processes and continuously follow up with staff across all departments.
Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of tasks across departments and ensure adherence to established processes.
Delay Escalation: Identify bottlenecks, pending tasks, and delays, and escalate unresolved issues to the Managing Director (MD).
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain task trackers and progress reports using Excel to ensure accountability and visibility of work status.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience as an Operations Executive/Process Coordinator. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, Computer Knowledge- Working with MS Excel, Google Sheets etc., solid communication & organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with rigorous follow ups.
