Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Operations to manage ticketing and travel planning activities. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution of travel plans, and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international ticketing (flight, train, etc.)
Plan and organize travel itineraries based on client requirements
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors
Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently
Ensure accurate documentation and timely confirmations
Provide cost-effective travel solutions and options to clients
Address client queries and resolve travel-related issues
Maintain records of bookings and transactions
Ensure smooth execution of travel plans from start to finish
