Job Title: Operations Executive – Tours & Travel

Location: Laxmi Nagar
Experience: 1–3 Years (Tour & Travel Industry Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end tour operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling bookings, ensuring smooth execution of tours, and providing excellent support to clients before, during, and after travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tour operations including hotel bookings, transport, flights, and sightseeing

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, and local vendors

• Prepare and share tour itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents

• Handle group tours and customized packages

• Monitor tour execution and resolve operational issues in real time

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and confirmations

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of confirmed bookings

• Handle client queries and provide operational support pre & post travel

• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction throughout the tour

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred)

• Experience in tour operations or travel company

• Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and booking systems

• Good command over English & Hindi
