We are looking for a Operation Executive(SAMPLER) to join our team at Pamac Finserve Private Limited. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Select random and risk-based samples of financial transactions, loan files, KYC documents, or account records.
Review sampled data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Identify discrepancies, policy violations, or operational errors.
Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings and recommendations.
Work closely with Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.
Maintain proper documentation of sampling methodology and results.
Assist in improving internal control processes.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements set by authorities such as central banks and financial regulators.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or ABOVE and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
