JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Executive
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) & MBA (HR)
Experience: Min. 1+ year (In Industries is highly preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Having vast experience in operation and labor management.
• Coordinating with client as well as site in-charge for effective operations.
• Good communication skills required.
• Monitor and operate all Company’s CSR activities
• Prepare all necessary reports (monthly & yearly) to support both internal and external requirement.
• Arrange the orientation program for new employee and provide the training of HR practices to employees.
• Take care of whole processes of company and client recruitment.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Communicating with higher management to develop strategic operations goals.
• Developing strategic plans for long-term achievements.
• Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
• Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external.
• Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.
• Maintain a good relation with clients on day to day basis.
• Willing to travel independently to all the sites (Outstation travel Included)
• Ready to join immediately (Preferred)
