Role Summary
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily transport operations, vehicle tracking, load sourcing, and coordination with transporters to ensure smooth and timely execution of trips.
Key Responsibilities
Daily update of vehicle status (owned + hired vehicles) in the system/group before 11 AM
Regular market calls to transporters and brokers for load sourcing
Identify and follow up on potential leads and convert them into confirmed trips
Coordinate complete trip flow: loading → transit → unloading → POD collection
Ensure timely POD submission.
Maintain strong coordination with drivers, transporters, and clients
Build and expand transporter & vehicle owner network
Maintain and update contact database regularly
Ensure smooth communication and quick problem-solving during transit
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure
Basic Excel / reporting knowledge
