• Assist walk-in customers at the experience center and provide product guidance
• Support sales efforts through product presentation and upselling
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand lighting requirements
• Prepare and review basic lighting layouts and drawings using AutoCAD as per project needs
• Maintain inventory records and ensure product availability
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination professionally
• Oversee daily operations of the experience center to ensure smooth functioning
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Experience in sales and/or operations within a customer-facing environment
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for basic lighting layouts and coordination drawings
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of lighting products and electrical systems is an advantage
