Position: Operations Executive

Experience: 6 months-1 Years (Freshers can also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to support daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.

• Track daily tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Handle vendor and client coordination when required.

• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.

• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.

• Support administrative and back-office functions.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: 6m–1Years (Freshers are welcome)
