Operation Executive

As an Operations Executive at Lakmé Academy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will support various administrative tasks, coordinate training programs, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of training programs and events.

• Maintain accurate records of student registrations, attendance, and assessments.

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

• Handle inquiries and provide support to students and prospective candidates.

• Monitor inventory and manage supplies for training sessions.

• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

• Prepare reports and assist in budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Previous experience in an administrative or operational role is a plus.
