Operations Executive

Job Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle domestic & international travel bookings and operations.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and holiday packages.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport vendors and internal teams.
• Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries and travel documents.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, refunds and rescheduling.
• Process and follow up on OK TO BOARD (OTB) requirements.
• Coordinate with the visa team for documentation and application follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up on pending cases, payments and supplier confirmations.
• Resolve operational issues and client queries promptly.
Requirements
• Travel industry experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of travel bookings and documentation.
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets & CRM knowledge.
• Good command of Hindi & English.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred
