Job Description: Operations Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Executive to manage loan and insurance documentation, compliance, coordination, and MIS reporting. This role is critical to ensuring smooth backend operations and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Process loan and insurance files with accuracy and within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with partner bank/insurer requirements.
Support operations by ensuring proper client documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on loan files, insurance policies, and team performance.
Coordinate with banks/insurance partners for queries and escalations.
Maintain high accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Turnaround time per file ≤ 48 hours.
Documentation accuracy ≥ 95%.
Timely submission of MIS reports.
Efficient loan disbursement and insurance processing.
Requirements
Graduate (B.Tech/BBA/B.Com preferred).
Minimum 6 Months of experience in operations, back office or coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Immediate availability preferred.
