Operations Executive - Logistics & Fulfillment

Khari Foods is seeking a skilled Operations Executive to manage our end-to-end fulfillment and logistics operations. With a minimum of 2 years’ experience, you’ll ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient inventory handling for our FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment processes, including order picking, packing, shipping, and last-mile delivery coordination.

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstock.

• Coordinate with 3PL vendors, couriers, and suppliers to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.

• Track and report on key metrics like order fulfillment rate, delivery accuracy, and turnaround times using tools like Excel or ERP systems.

• Handle customer escalations related to shipping delays or order issues, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and logistics reports for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG/ecommerce.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP/warehouse management software.

• Strong knowledge of Indian logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart) and GST compliance.

Essential Skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities for fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.

• Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and drive efficiency.

• Ability to work in Delhi-based warehouse/operations setup with occasional field visits.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with perfume/FMCG packaging and fragile goods handling.

• Familiarity with Zoho or similar tools for operations tracking.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
