Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end operations for domestic tour packages including Char Dham, Kashmir, Spiti Valley, Manali, Ladakh, and other destinations.

• Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, permits, and other travel arrangements.

• Confirm services with vendors, hotels, drivers, and local partners.

• Prepare and share itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents with customers.

• Ensure smooth execution of tours from booking confirmation until tour completion.

• Maintain regular communication with clients during the trip and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding booking details, payments, and special requirements.

• Track booking status, rooming lists, vehicle details, and service confirmations.

• Maintain operational records in Excel/CRM and prepare daily reports.

• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling professionally.
