Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth execution of service, installation, and maintenance activities.
Manage inventory by maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating inward and outward material movements.
Handle procurement activities by obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders, following up with vendors, and ensuring timely material delivery.
Perform administrative tasks including documentation, filing, preparing reports, updating records, and maintaining operational databases.
Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely execution of assigned operational tasks and resolve day-to-day issues.
Support logistics by arranging material dispatches, tracking deliveries, and ensuring the right materials reach project sites on time.
Maintain compliance with company procedures by organising operational documents, warranty records, invoices, and service reports.
Provide overall operational support by identifying process improvements, assisting in project planning, and performing any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
